Infringement notification

Section 512 of the DMCA sets out the necessary requirements for reporting copyright infringement. If you have an intellectual property rights-related complaint about material posted on the Causeway one.network Service, you may contact our Designated Agent at the following address:

To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, you will need to provide us with the following information:

  • an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  • a description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Causeway one.network Service (sufficient such that Causeway one.network can locate the material);
  • your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the materials on the Causeway one.network Service in the manner asserted is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement by you that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Repeat infringers

Causeway one.network will promptly terminate the accounts of users that are determined by Causeway one.network to be repeat infringers.
